Wow, my first stamp! 
I don't know if this already a stamp or not. If it is, sorry! X(
Anyway, someone linked this as a webcam as I said to myself, "... This needs to be a stamp!"
Made with ImageReady since 6:30pm. Just finished it now... Yes, it sounds simple, but I did a creative way to put the stamp border around it. DX Took me a while to figure it out.
I got the GIF from this link: [link]
And all I did for it was resize it.
And... that's pretty much it!
